Defining a new digital strategy at Krauthammer

Krauthammer is an icon when it comes to personal development, management development and sales excellence. But the digital strategy was not up-to-date. 8DDX advised the board on a new strategy that aligns marketing, sales and IT in order to become truly customer centric. By literally showcasing the needs and barriers of the end-users, it became clear that Krauthammer needed to build a new marketing engine that fuels sales and is supported by the right technology. After the strategy assignment 8DDX assisted in building the marketing engine (Hubspot), product portfolio and new website in order to prepare Krauthammer for the future.
